I've let the back-of-the-house grass grow and I'm noticing flowers that appear after the "weed" is tall enough to make buds. I keep paths mown to make the dog's life easier. (And to make it easier for me to keep track of him.) I spotted what looked to be "itch weed" at the base of a tree where we don't often walk and my plant id app confirmed it. If it was on my land, I would have given it a shot of Diquat but as it's not, I'll have to be stealthy.
Please be careful. Perhaps it’s just that old skin suffers more, but I was tempted to stay indoors forever after this bout. Obviously not succumbing yet though. Stay safe out there!
