After Heather's stroke (mild but still scary when we don't know what is going on) we started to have Julie come in once a week (instead of every other week) and she cleans the kitchen, dining room, downstairs "unisex" bathroom, and a few other things. Seeing the difference between when she gets here and when she leaves has taught me a few things about keeping the counters and the range top clean. Essentially it's the practice of "clean it up now so it won't sit" that my mother tried to teach me but as I rarely had to be concerned with that, I didn't learn. Now that I am the chief cook, it matters so I do it.
Comet. Funny, I just finished bleaching the sink with Comet before I sat down, picked up my iPad and read your today’s confessions.
I like the smell of bleach.
