Katharine, I also keep busy as you do. My wife & I do the New York Times word puzzles to keep our minds sharp. I walk at least 3 miles every day. Life is hard but it's all we have. We were just talking about the idea that you (I, we, anyone) have to get outside of ourselves and work/play with some good things in life that are wholesome and fun. For a lot of people also, that's reading books.... hang in there! cheers/JTC
I’m off tomorrow to buy my daily calendars. I wait until they’re half price so I can get two. Last year I had the Mensa Puzzle one which I really enjoyed. But I try to get the Peanuts one as well to remind me of my Mum. It all depends on what’s available.
Thank you Katharine! Having one of those, “what ain’t hurting ain’t working” days so reading your post made me smile, especially welcome on das like today! Keep resistí b!
Your post reminded me that it was Thursday—it is so easy to get confused by the days at this time of year! Then I saw I had been mentioned. It was totally unexpected and brought a smile to my face. I am glad you had fun dancing around to the disco beat:) Of course, this leads to all sorts of temptations to send you other songs, lol. Happy second day of the new year, Katherine!
