The debate was past my bedtime but I stayed up to watch. I didn't make it all the way to the end, mostly because I get very weary of his lying voice. But Sully the dog didn't let me sleep as late as I would have liked, so I got up, took him out back, fed him his breakfast and lay down on the couch and napped out for about 2 hours. Even so the whole day was discombobulated so we didn't take our morning walk until nearly noon. And since I have canceled my NYTimes subscription, I didn't get to see how they sanewashed the event.
As for names, if I know someone really well I might feel comfortable using her given name but lately I've been just a wee bit more formal so that, for example, you would be Ms. Katherine.
