How exciting to see Ringo, Katherine!

I loved, "Worrying doesn’t stop you dying; worrying stops you living." And also, "I went to neither medical nor law school, but I often imagine that I am indeed a doctor and a lawyer." Ha - I can relate to both of those so much!

I saw Ringo and the All Star Band about a dozen years ago in an outdoor small venue. You’ll enjoy it. I can check off two of the four, one still living the other (George) gone.

As you toyed with the “ignorance is bliss” thought, and quickly let it evaporate, I had a few things I often rant about—a softer, gentler rant than screaming, pulling out my hair.

Ignorance often causes death.

Living in a state of bliss is not desirable in a dangerous world

Other human beings are very dangerous.

There is no happiness gene; there is no bliss gene; life is tough but also has great wonder.

Hang in there.♐️♐️♊️🙂

Thank you for taking the time to answer, Jim. I honestly am really a Pollyanna particularly when it comes to other people. I’ve been proven wrong quite a few times, but I don’t believe the baddies outnumber the good people. There are lots of us here working diligently to save democracy for instance.

Hi Katherine with a “K”. 🙂

I’ll be honest. I have talked to so many people that say things like:

I’m not political.

They are all crooks

I have other things to think about

And more. A lot of people may not be bad but are disinterested without fully understanding or even thinking about this existential threat to Democracy and what little world stability that we have.

This puts more pressure on people like you to fight the good fight.
